Just wanted to leave a review of my recent customer service experience with AAC, in case you missed it under my thread in the AAC sub forum under the thread "strange baffle wear on a Tirant-45"
I posted here under the above thread and Mers himself contacted me and had customer service send me an rma # and ups shipping label. I took ME a while to send it back, which was the reason for such a delay in the thread. Once I sent it in, Cade Patterson let me know they got it and kept me appraised with updates. I expected I might have to pay for a new baffle, but instead I got a brand new baffle stack and re painting job for free! They also found a small dent in the can that was making it difficult to remove the baffle stack and smoothed it out for me, also for free. I was offered the 1/2 price upgrade for a new can, but having to do another form 4 wouldn't work for me so I declined.
I have to say, AAC has done right by me and this experience made me a fan. I'd highly reccomend them as a company, and once I move to a more nfa friendly state, I will make sure I buy more products from them.

Forgot to add that Cade also sent a f*ck that noise sticker in what has to be the coolest card stock envelope and card. It was white stock paper embossed with the AAC skull and crossbones. Best corporate calling card I ever saw. I hung it at my desk at work.

Fireman, Seattlite was asking, "What was the reason for the CS interaction?" Upgrade, poor fit, surface blemish, etc.Buzduk wrote:+1seattlite wrote:What happened with your TiRant9 and M42K?Fireman1291 wrote:Yup they took care of me for my TiRant9 and M42K. They have great CS

Re: AAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW
My latch wore out on the M42k and they replaced with a new heated treated latch and repainted my burnt finish. As for my tirant9 I boogered up the endcap trying to jailbreak it and they fixed it for free.
