That would be great, but I bet the DNR and L.E. come out strongly against it and the DFL will site their concern. They'll say poaching will skyrocket. Maybe too hand wringing libs in Murderapolis will say the streets will get bloodier but in a sinister silent way 
Seriously though, theres a history of poaching concerns in the upper Midwest, mostly fishing related. Great hunting and fishing up North there! Even several funny poaching books written on it by Game Wardens. I think most of the stories take place in Minnesota
