Well they did hire a bunch of people and approved overtime. I say f it, just send it in :D

Form 1s aren't even back up on the site yet, who knows when 3s and 4s will be up and running.

We are seeing paper forms at 7to 8 months now. I think a lot of data from there is bs though .

I got 3 stamps in today, all of them went pending 9/30/13 - 10/03/10.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
