Well they did hire a bunch of people and approved overtime. I say f it, just send it in

Form 1s aren't even back up on the site yet, who knows when 3s and 4s will be up and running.

We are seeing paper forms at 7to 8 months now. I think a lot of data from there is bs though .

I got 3 stamps in today, all of them went pending 9/30/13 - 10/03/10.
