Hey Guys,
I hope I haven't used up my allotment of dumb questions??? Here we go....
I already have a Walther PP barrel, and want to use it in a PPK in 7.62mm (.32 ACP ) my Trident 9 is 1/2x28, so I guess I would need threading and an adapter.
Has anyone done this, and would it be worth the expense? What kinda performance could expect outta a .32 through a 9mm can? I have read that some guys have had good results with threaded Nagant revolvers through 9mm cans.
Thanks!
Fred

You will need a stronger spring and you will most likely need to cut a grove or two in the chamber to delay the opening a bit (more resistance on the brass).

First cut, .32 with the correct can design has been shown to be acceptable.1096369fred wrote:Hey Guys,

9mm can would need some smaller diameter drilled ( .32 + ∆x ) baffles
Given the diameter of the PP barrel you would have to have make an insert
to step up to 1/2".
Could be a satisfying 'Foreign Intrigue*' imagery for your $200.00 stamp
and machining time.

What I am dying to know is: Where can one get extended PP barrels?
