I had an issue with an aac can. I emailed nick and he immediately sent me a ups label. I mailed the can to him and 2 weeks later I had it back in my hands. Aac even refinished it for me.

Same here, There is still that persistant rumor that AAC's customer service sucks, that has not been my experience.
