Silicone opil Question

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

Silicone opil Question

Post by RogerRonas »

Does anyone know if Silicone oil reacts with PVC?
I am wanting to build a vessel out of PVC Tubing to soak my silencer tube and parts in after cleaning.
Will this work?
Thanks

Moderate – Some effect on the material at the given concentration and temperature. Caution advised.
