question on ordering parts

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

question on ordering parts

Post by zerofailure »

I didn't see this asked, if it has been I apologize in advance.
I am g oing to g orm an nfa trust and then put in for a tax stamp and the form t onbuild my own suppresor.
My questions are, can I order the tube, d pacer, baffles etc snd take possession of them before I get my stamp(of course not drill out the baffles or assemble) or d o I need to wait till I get my stamp.
thanks in advance

also we ith all the different prices onntrusts, is it better to use one d one by an attorney, or just a cheap one that are all over.
I heard some were written erong etc
anyone recommend one

and once I put in for my stamp, even if it takes past july to get it, will I be gr as ndfathered in, since in july the no fingerprint, chief of police loophole is no more.

To make sure the message is clear- you can have barrel, but don't cut it yet.
It's not a silencer, it's a can of whoopass!
