I just submitted my form 4 for a Vers 50. I really want to shoot giant subs, specifically the Lehigh 725 CF bullet.
It's a .510 round, and I'd rather not mess with a whisper. The Alaskan shoots a .510 bullet as well. I was thinking maybe an encore with an aftermarket barrel?
Thoughts?
Any 50 Alaskan guys out there?

Easily done
SSK industries, amongst others is doing these. 8 to 10 twist seems to work.

I am working on a 50 Razorback right now. I will be needing a set of 50 Alaskan dies for this if you happen to know where they are available. The 50 Razorback uses a 300RUM case cut off at the neck and sized with the 50 Alaskan dies, no turning needed. I plan on working my loads up using the 750gr A Max bullet, there is just something about a 1.05 bc.
