I have one of these that came with a threaded barrel. The model is HK 45 manufactured in 2014. The barrel that came on the gun does not seem to have much it any torque shoulder. The threads are LH, and seem to be 16x1. The gun and threaded barrel look like this https://images.search.yahoo.com/search/ ... tion=click.
I have a Liberty Cosmic .45 can. Liberty makes a 16x1 LH adapter but they are non-committal about whether it will work. The lack of a torque shoulder has me a bit concerned. I do have a .22 can that mates to the end of the barrel and not the torque shoulder.
Anyone with advice?

These guns are made to run with suppressors, a little hand tightening works and you shouldn't have any problems

Thanks, I will order the adapter today. I use Teflon tape with some of my other cans. This might help too.D9M9TR9S wrote:These guns are made to run with suppressors, a little hand tightening works and you shouldn't have any problems

The European threaded barrels are made to seat on the muzzle.
American threaded barrels are made to seat the can on the shoulder.

Shoot softly, and carry a big clip.

Great news. This makes me feel better about my order, plus I learned something.DustyJacket wrote:The European threaded barrels are made to seat on the muzzle.
