I've been looking for a holster that will fit my G19, with suppressor attached for quite some time now, and all I came across was custom cordura options. Didn't really want that, so I have been leaving my pistol in the truck when hunting on the move. Found this the other day, and have been really happy with it. Unfortunately, they only make them for G17, 19, 22, and 23.

Paul Markel with Student of the gun has a pretty cool rig made from a serpa!

I don't like the standard draw from a serpa out the top but the modified serpa out the front avoids the finger trigger bump a bit better
