Ruger's intergral .22 in 10/22

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

Ruger's intergral .22 in 10/22

Post by hardcase »

I was reading about this in one of my glossy magazines. MSRP of $630.00. They show a picture of the design. A very different design. I already have a 10/22 that is not a takedown. This would make a good addition. Ruger recommends cleaning ever 4,000 rounds.

Do you have a link to the article?

Seen a lot of integrals over the years based on the 10/22. Curious how this one is a lot different.

One thing I never liked about the 10/22 was how often it needed to be cleaned, about every 400 rounds for proper function. I wonder if this integral barrel will increase the cleaning schedule. The 15-22 lasts 850 rounds suppressed before it it starts choking.
If it doesn't splatter, shatter, burst or explode, it's not worth shooting.

Thanks strobro.

Kinda looks like an over/under shotgun.
