May I suggest you don't bother, as in my experience (Makarov) the blow back pistols over 22 LR seem to be louder than locked breach actions in 9mm. I think you would be happier saving up and changing to something like SIG 938, Glock 43, etc. Similar size, slightly more powerful and quieter.
Replacement on a PA-63 is similar to Makarov

Your problem is finding a suitable barrel - you can either extend your existing barrel or have patience and look for one of the Korean barrels imported back in day (2012?) by Makarov.com
