Reducing port noise from AR22 LR ???

I've heard someone made or makes a NYLON barrel collar to quiet down bolt slap on an AR22.

Please post if you know where these might be available.

Or any other suggestions to reduce port noise.

Taccom did, not sure if they still do.

Thank you guys, it's a place to start. I think their collar is larger diameter, but I might get one and try to make a shim or something.

Damnit, John, I almost forgot about these.
Going to clean the lathe (was making wooden wheels for son's truck) and get on this.


I don't believe Taccom sells these anymore.

I did learn that CMMG and Spikes barrel collars are different size (even though I suspect CMMG-or whoever makes their stuff- made both units) so make sure the ID of the collar is correct.
