Form 1 Question

I have a trust which Was created when I purchased my first suppressor. Since that time I now have a Class 01 FFL. I am going to be applying for five (5) form 1's in order to build five new cans. My question is should I list the truss on the paperwork or use my FFL number?

Questions, you don't necessarily have to answer them in this thread, just something to think about.

Are there any trustees granted access to your existing NFA that would make filing your form 1's easier if they were removed?

Depending on how your trust is structured it will endure, cost free, some number of years after your death, how long will the FFL last and at what cost?

Your FFL is irrelevant to building cans since you're not a manufacturer. You file an individual or trust form 1 just like everyone else.

Ah, good catch ... my brain flipped the 1 to a 7 when I read it assuming the FFL statement was made because it was relevant.
