Very frustrated here. Part of the reason I went with SilencerCo was because of their customer service ratings.

Trying to register my Hybrid that was ordered back on the 5th. order it through SilencerShop and received an email with 24 hours giving me my Serial. Ok, so then begins the process of trying to register this beast. No Go. Every time I get an error stating that the suppressor serial doesn't exists. Doubled checked the email and double checked my SS account- it's legit.

Figured it was a selling issue. Trying caps, no caps, hyphen, no hyphen. Same thing.

Without posting my serial. I've been told to enter HYBRID-#####.

I've emailed and called them 7 times and had 1 voicemail that said try to add the hyphen- which was clearly stated on their site and attempted multiple times. Not one of 3 emails has been returned other than the automated one.

Anyone know what the effing trick is to register a HYBRID with these jokers? Seriously starting to get pissed

Ive had trouble registering a suppressor for warranty on their sight once also. It took a person to fix it then, I was getting the same message if I recall.

I know they are crazy swamped, I had an issue registering early on this promo, left voice message and got a call back.
Custom service with then is good, but i think they are overwhelmed right now.

If it were me, I would keep trying and have zero concerns that they would not honor the promo if emails are sent.
It's not a silencer, it's a can of whoopass!
