Do I need a spacer?

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

Hi
Hey when you'r building a silencer and using freeze plugs as baffles is it necessary to use spacers?
I mean does it make it any quieter to use spacers?
I know I need some room in the front for the blast but would it be quieter if the tube was filled with
baffles and no spacer?
