Special Op's Shop Suppressors

Anyone have an info on Special Op's Shop cans? They are/were out of TN. I can't find any info online. I think they are out of business.
I was offered a deal on a Ruger 77/22 with an integral SO suppressor. It is stupid quiet and has baffles instead of a mono core like most. Not sure if they are aluminum or SS just yet. I can get the rifle, can/barrel and scope for less than I paid for my TD Mist. All is in excellent condition.
I have a bunch of stamps, so this ain't my first rodeo. Just never heard of the company.
