Ok I'm starting to get the itch again. Needs me a new suppressor.
I'm going to do a featherweight 6.5 Grendel build and want a can for it. Ultra lightweight, short added length, and direct thread are my main requirements. As long as its hearing safe I'm good with whatever sound reduction.
Maybe the ultra 7? Any suggestions?
Lightest, smallest 6.5 can?

Probably the ultra 7. I shot an omega on mine and it was super quiet, although it’s about 8” long. Seems like it’s 14oz with asr mount and anchor brake. Bill Alexander and Tbeast did some testing on the AR platform and the ultra 5 was quietest due to less back pressure resulting in lower ejection port noise.

A local B&M in Florida has had these on closeout for a long time now. Not sure if it fits your criteria close enough but a good deal.
