Anyone have personal experience with either or both? I've read a bit already and been to KAC's website - not a lot of descriptive or testing data there or that I could find on YouTube or Google.

The M110 is 14" long.
The MK11 is 12.25" long
Both claim a -28db reduction

Silencer shop sold a version of one of these a while back, not sure who made them.

YouTube videos from Silencer Shop and others show the Rugged Surge with about a 34 db reduction on a bolt rifle.
