At a visit upcountry I saw the SilencerCo Switchback 22 suppressor. It is a
compelling well engineered little can, pleasant 'not-to-hear'.
DeadAir's HD personally still seems to be an epsilon better.
After HPA passes when it is mandatorily attached
to any new gun legislation, if testing advantages are
shown, purchasing 2 Switchbacks is definitely
on a wish list.
At first glance it should be that coupling 2 SilencerCo Switchback .22 suppressors
together should offer a measurable reduction in Db. Perhaps SIlencerCo
could perform the experiment.
Or if anyone has 2 of them perhaps they could
join couple them and report the results.
Will always fondly remember the outstanding build
shown on the PTK-removed YouTube
where he built what seemed to be a 9" to 10" heavy
duty SS K-baffle can that sounded quieter than a pellet gun.
Too bad we didn't then know how to download for posterity.
