Commercial cans? I dont think you'll have much luck. You can build yourself a couple of C sized tube cans with stainless baffles for pretty cheap.

Most 5.56 silencers are 1.5 inch, I think there are some 1 and 3/8. Your best bet might be to form 1 something.
