DTA Boosters/Suppressor Update

Thought I would give everyone an update.

Boosters are almost done.

Working on the rear caps right now and sad thing is I've had a few delays on this part. One cutter that I ordered to cut the o-ring grove wasn't going to work out, I had to order some others and they finally showed up today and look like they will work . Started cutting the parts and made a typo in my program and damaged my thread mill cutter. I will be ordering a new one in the morning and it should be here by the end of the week.

Needless to say the issues with the cutters are setting me back a little, but not by too much.

Once the rear caps are done all the parts will be sent out for heat treating and then assembled into the suppressors.

Another update.

Just finished machining the batch of booster caps.

Now only thing left to do is get all the parts heat treated and a black oxide finish applied to the booster caps.

Next part that will be coming off the machine will be the rear caps for the Mk 12 R.E.C.O.N (300 Whisper Suppressors).

The 13.5-1mm LH Pistons will follow right behind the R.E.C.O.N rear caps.

Suppressors will be shipping very soon.

Hello Bill,

I'm currently in Florida for the SHOT Show and will be staying here in Florida for a few extra days for a short vacation (much nicer weather here then what is back home right now).

As soon as I get back my parts will be back from the coating company and all suppressor will ship out then. That also includes the RECON suppressors
