2nd Suppressor - Trust Schedule A question

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

2nd Suppressor - Trust Schedule A question

Post by batoncolle »

Hey everyone. Great site and very informative. I have a question regarding my second suppressor. I am using a trust, and on the Schedule A the following is currently listed: item establishing the trust (DVD), $200 currency, and the first suppressor.

My question is do I need to add $200 currency again for the second suppressor?

Actually, you can remove the DVD and $200 now too if you want, besides adding the second suppressor to Schedule A.
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time...and those are pretty good odds.

Just add the suppressor and remove the other $200.00 and DVD.

What format do you guys use for adding items to your schedule A? I'd be interested to see.

I follow the instructions in willmaker. IIRC there is a page you can print out and sign.
Long distance, the next best thing to being there!

There is a page where you print out and sign, its called the "assignment of property" which is if an item doesnt have a title.

I just add my NFA to the schedule A and dont mess with the "assignment of property"

Did you have an attorney do the trust?

Did you have Quicken do your trust?

If you had an attorney do it, call him.
