General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

-Sound reduction: During SWR's "in-house" sound testing the Octane-9 metered between an average of 123 to 126 db, depending on which host weapon it was mounted on (see SWR's sound test data below the pics).

Any chance of them offering an upgrade or conversion of the trident9? Like the game changers from silencerco? Or will they at least make the trident user serviceable? Would be nice if they did!
I knew people were jumping on the mystic bandwagon too early.
I'd be a little surprised if it was rated for anything other than 9mm. SWR is usually very conservative with caliber ratings. I may be dead wrong though.
The Mystic is rated for a number of calibers,,,
I have a number of SWR cans, great company for sure. I am very happy to see them finally coming out with new stuff. This one looks like a winner too,,,

I would love an upgrade to my trident as well. I wouldn't even care if it was take apart but it would be awesome to have all stainless baffles in it.
