anti spatter spray
Has anyone tryed using (welding) anti spatter spray on the inside of their silencer to help with cleaning?

I have not, but its interesting I wonder how well it would work. I've used several types of it work, and some work far better then others. Not sure what brand it is that we have now, but works great for the intended use. I'm amusing your talking about using it in a take-apart 22 can. The stuff will liquefy, so you could probably warm it and just drop the baffles in it to coat them.

The name of the spray we use at work is Clearco Aqua 2000. It works pretty well. I was thinking of spraying the inside of my sealed can to make cleaning easer.

It's worth a try!
If the suppressor doesn't get too hot it shouldn't evaporate.

I know a few people with take apart .22 cans. We`ll see what happens with the moly mist.
