getting in touch with AAC

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

I find that to be the opposite. I can always get a hold of some one from ACC but I might have to call 20 times for coastal before I actually get someone other then an answering machine.

But in reality , you have to expect good customer service from a Fortune 500 company verses a small time shop that is here one year then closed down other years.

Sorry guys. We are doing our best. We are still growing...probably 2x-3x this year again. It was much easier to get to every phone call and email when we only sold a few thousand silencers a year. Mers, Kathy, and Hollister are doing a great job, but there are enough calls and emails for 20 people.

Sorry we let you down.

Please feel free to post your question here.

I always hit option 1 "To Place an order or check the status of the order."

I have been emailing with Jason/AAC for the past 3days.

He replies to the emails within a few hrs everytime, with detailed answers.

As a Plan B, you can always contact a distributor, like myself, to get your cans. We have AAC's entire catalog of suppressors in stock (as well as SWR, Surefire, Silencerco, YHM and some Liberty) and our "dealer prices" are lower than the manufacturers' (so you'd have a better profit margin).

Excellent point...take advantage of our dealer and distributor network whenever possible.

Unless they get deployed and vanish for 2 months

LMAO.. Sorry Byron... I could not resist.

I still like my post about you and Ted N on a island in the Bahamas... playing with you minigun (with all the SS Sparrow $ you supposedly ran off with)

But, yes, using a distributor can be a help unless it's a QC/design/repair problem. Unless it;s SHOT or during a move I have had EXCELLENT response from Mike or Kevin .. You may not like what they have to say LOL ,, but you will hear back.
Long distance, the next best thing to being there!

In a couple of months my wife will start working with me in the "family biz" full-time, instead of part-time like she does now - so I'll have a "backstop" at all times.

But thanks for your kind words of support!

If you're not part of the solution, you're not only "part" of the problem but, you "are" the problem.

I've been having trouble reaching AAC myself.

At first I thought it was Mers getting engaged (congrats!) then SHOT Show, then the Acusport Show... All I want is some mounts :(
