Citizenship Form, Form 5330.20

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

I was wondering if all the trustee with in a trust has to be U.S. citizens? My wife is australian but has a permanent card. Does this matter? Thanks.

Green cards are ok. Just make sure you say so on the form.

Just one of the Trustees is fine...the one that signs the Form 1 / 4.

Depends on the examiner, some will kick it back for not submitting it. Others don't care.
