Guys,
I have a 9mm Springfield Armory World Cup. Is the Tanfolio version of the CZ75 with a longer slide than normal and a fitted bushing. Also have a long Briley match barrel. Going to do the barrel to fit the bushing and thread it for a suppressor. Have an Octane-9 HD on order.
Anyone suppress a CZ75? Any significant problems encountered?
Thanks!

Re: Anyone suppress a CZ75?
CZ actions in my experience take a little more to cycle with a can on it. The HD will most likely be too heavy to cycle it even with the booster. my friend tried to suppress his with a can that was 1.5oz lighter than the HD and it wouldn't cycle at all.eastern_hunter wrote:Guys,

Only other issue is finding the threaded barrel for it.

Re: Anyone suppress a CZ75?
B,
Have a long barrel in my hands now ... are made by Briley.
Have used these guns in IPSC competition in 9x19, 9x21, and 40 S&W for years. Have a significant supply of various weight springs.
Have a machinist that will contour and thread the long barrel to match the 9x21 bbl in the slide already. He'll use a mandrel to spin the barrel during machining operations as he is a genuine professional.
If the pistol won't cycle I'll put a heavy spring in it and use it as a slide action single shot Won't cost that much to try ... and I really like the handling characteristics of the pistol.
Thanks for the warning!
