Whats the blue stuff on my falsh hider and inside my can?

Whats the blue stuff on my falsh hider and inside my can?

I looked at my surefire 5.56 can today and their is blue stuff in it and on my flash hider. Is this bad?

Blueish-green build up is copper fouling.

Copper oxide
comes from vaporized copper from the jackets of the bullets
