Perhaps the ATF is now becoming concerned with getting bad product off the street?

This is JUST A GUESS but it could be items that are voluntarily surrendered to ATF after giving up an SOT.saltydecimator wrote:

Re: why did this redjacket silencer get seized???
I never understood that, why not sell it super cheap to another sot, before going out, or give it to them for that matter, so the atf doesnt destroy it. I'd rather another sot get it for free than the atf.GoingQuiet wrote:This is JUST A GUESS but it could be items that are voluntarily surrendered to ATF after giving up an SOT.saltydecimator wrote:

Might be a joint operation... Could be the ATF and the FCC... They may be using it as evidence to get a bad product off TV...JasonM wrote:Perhaps the ATF is now becoming concerned with getting bad product off the street?
I kid, I kid.
Or... I did notice that it was seized in Nevada... Maybe it was seized from a Mafia "Hitman" because everybody knows that they're the only ones that have silencers...

Reminds me of the stupid Charlestown MA Townie hit man in the 70's who burned off his lips soon after he was told
to "Blow Up Whitey Bulger's Lincoln". [Southie humor.]

$700.00 can filled with washers.
I feel bad for that guy for first being a sucker, than for being unlucky.
I should email red jacket if they have a signature series can that everyone in the shop autographs their names on the side. It would make a cool conversation piece.
That would be a game changer!

Re: why did this redjacket silencer get seized???
you all know you want some Saiga 12's on a pinwheel with a 9-volt battery thrown in there to ignite Tannerite in junkyards and to piss off the neighbors with 37mm birdbombs for good measure. And you will hit on the receptionist and have to choose her or your job cause you just kinda stand there and laugh and make retarded comments (no offense to actual mentally handicapped people)
Re: why did this redjacket silencer get seized???
Is this like a seizure saile that the public can buy? I'd take some of those machine guns..Hell I'd take them all at those prices..
Guys its a show for TV..really now?

I'm sure it'd fail the first shot, in front of the customer, then they would 'repair' it in the field with a Dremel.
Is it just me or does this show remind you of American Hot Rod and American Chopper (only with guns)? They show a little building, it's down to the wire and don't know if they'll finish in 1 week... Then it's amazing (sarcastic) they finish a build and the customer is happy with the garbage they produced. If the customer ever sees the episode, they'd realize they got half-ass work (like the piece of scrap metal holding on a taser to a shotgun).
