Where to buy a thread adapter for a CZ 452?

After doing some Googling, I see people referring to buying hotrod9mm's from Rimfire Technologies, but I can't seem to find them on that website.

Is there a new location for these things? Thanks. I bought a 452 from Bud's yesterday, so I might as well get on the ball and buy one of these.
