Still waiting...

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

Still waiting...

Post by gunningbadger »

I've been pending since October 6 on a tirant 9 in ky. You guys think I'm getting close? I saw a thread where somebody contacted their congressman about the gross mismanagement of NFA items and was thinking about it but mine (John Yarmuth) is a blazing liberal.

Mine is Dana pickles. I think I'm at around 157 today. Jesus I hope it comes back soon. I'm at 1 month pending on an integral upper that I may not see this year if this wait time continues to increase.

I have an AAC SDN-6 that's been pending with Dana since Oct 5th and when I called last Friday it still hasn't been approved. I know how you feel man.

Yeah. It's just unacceptable. I know government is inefficient but this is a whole new level.

I went pending 9-2-2011 and got my stamp on 3-20-2012. Jason Bowers was the examiner. Suppressor to trust on form 4.

Weird. How much do time machines cost these days?

I talked to a friend here who five in the works at one time-----sit down now-----eight months until he had them in hand. This was a couple of weeks ago. They were this long or longer in the early 70's then a time that i only waited forty five days or so and now this again.

I'm at around 7 months from sending off my check so I can see eight months in sight.

My SS Sparrow has been pending for 167 days (September 29th.) Purchased January 29th of 2011.

Where I was nice about it before, I no longer wish to say good things about the errors made by the company I bought it from, the dealer I'm using, or the ATF.

I know your pain, GT - 179 days today for my Sparrow (after six weeks from supplier, not Silencerco,to dealer). I too have no use for any involved so far.

Yup ... time machine would be good.

A dozen HK auto sears and a dozen M16 drop-in sears in one BATFE F4 packet would be about right :D

In real time, two F4s now with waiting for 196 days from the cashed checks. Oh my!

Update:

SOT called this afternoon. Forms actually approved on 2/23 ... what took so long to deliver???
I wonder if it is BATFE or my dealer that was late on this.
