Form 4 w stamp arrived today ... only 4 days since approval! Examiner was Ted Clutter ... apparently a newer guy.

Hope to shoot the Arbiter tomorrow on 300 BLK, 6.8, and 5.56

Ted Clutter has been around awhile. In fact last I heard he was getting promoted and no longer approving forms. He was previously our examiner. Pretty cool guy and seemed to get our forms back at a decent pace. I guess they still have him helping out here and there.

Seems my Form 4s went pending yesterday. Had a chance to talk with the gent handling my paperwork. He said he has been there for 6 years and the forms to be processed has tripled since he started. Apparently he has 6-7 boxes of forms waiting to be processed. I did not ask him to define how big a box is....

Osprey45 went pending Sept. 27th with Shipman......expecting around end of January based on times most others are reporting.

Called KY Gun Co today to check status, 10/01/2011. They said we have a new Examiner, think it is Clutter, average transfer is running 4-5 months.

You only have a small rational hope if you have one of the traditionally faster examiners. Otherwise, you may have a quiet Christmas.

I also have a form 4 pending since June 21st, but its with Nicky Dudash. The temps are dropping fast here and they are calling for snow in the next couple of days, so i pretty much just dont give a s--t anymore. havent been able to do any load development because of work constraints and the hunting season is long over except for winter caribou and preditors. At this point i will be lucky to have my 300 BLK pointed at a spring black bear

Yeah, my form 4 has been pending since June 8th with him and still no approval ( called last week ) maybe at 4 months Ill call again.
