ATF continued.......

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

I think me constantly logging on to this forum and reading EVERY update to EVERY post is only making me get more impatient. I'm learning but driving myself crazy at the same time. I believe I'm going to sign off for a couple of weeks. Thanks for everybody's help thus far! :)
I've gotta stop this habit.

If memory serves, I think he's already got a TiRant9. The TiRant45 is for the MK23 he's waiting to arrive.

Just sent out forms for an Octane9 HD. The wait is gonna suck.

Good news is that I am seeing a lot of December pending dates getting signed off on NFAtracker. I have also noticed my inspector Dana Pickles isn't signing off as fast as Sara Jones or Jason Bowers. I am wondering if they have help and he doesn't.

Fireman1291,
I subscribe to your YT channel. And I'm a stickler for details. Plus, you have way to many things I want, including the Ducati.

O cool! If you ever visit Tampa make sure to give me a heads up and I'll clear my schedule for some range time! ;)

Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the invite. And the same goes for you if you're ever up around the DC/MD/VA area.

BTW, my YT account name is WhiskyTangoFoxtrot33.

I must be getting close. This is my first suppressor. Check was cashed Nov 11th. No idea about when it went pending as I never called. I was contacted yesterday by my dealer who sent me a link to a ATF form that I am singled out to sign. It is basically an extra form where I am declaring myself a US Citizen with residency in the USA. I think this stems from the fact that last year in June I had an FBI background check done so I could get residency for living in Uruguay where I have a ranch. I never gave up my USA Residency and only did the Uruguay thing so I could stay longer than 3 months at a time and not pay over staying past 60 days without leaving the country penalties. Anyway. I signed 2 copies of the form and dropped it off with my dealer who will fax it to the examiner on Tuesday. At least I know someone is looking at my forms and I am so close to getting my stamp.

The form youre speaking of is called a "Certificate of Compliance". We all have to fill them out. Your dealer probably forgot to give you a copy when he gave you the copies of the form4.

The future doesn't look good for the wait time. GOD helps us if the CLEO sign off goes away.
