Double barrel AR15

General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.

All NFA laws apply.

Double barrel AR15

Post by sukhoi »

It was only a matter of time after the double bbl 1911 came out.

"Officially dubbed the Gilboa Snake by Israeli manufacturer Silver Shadow, we finally have some solid details about this double-barreled AR-15-based rifle. Strictly speaking, it's more of a Personal Defense Weapon (PDW)-type Short-Barreled Rifle (SBR). The Snake is most notable for its twin 9.5-inch barrels and large matching compensators with jagged standoff teeth, but it should be noted that it's also piston-driven."

From the details, it looks as if the 'semi-automatic' version would be classified as a machine gun by the ATF as it fires two rounds simultaneously with a single pull of the trigger.

And that of course means that none of them can be transferable!

Can't imagine the things is controllable anyway.

But, Red Jacket seems in this case to have finally made a
real "BREAK THROUGH". :)

Thus, by meandering bureaucratic logic they would require registration of the person firing
two .45's simultaneously as we all know from the movies everyone does.

And let us not open up the stereoscopic case of double barrel shotguns.

Time to elect Tea Party Conservatives who will cull the regulatory herd and
put them out to pasture.

It is not that both barrels can fire simultaneously that would get the ATF's attention, it is that they can be automatically reloaded.

I have a custom Kreighoff 12ga double barrel with a selectable single trigger that can
fire the upper, lower or "both" barrels at the same time.

Also, there are all those antique volley guns out there too.

I wonder if Obama will get any of these for the Drug Cartels.
