General silencer discussion. If you want to talk about a specific silenced rifle or pistol, it is best to do that in the rifle or pistol section for that brand.
I've been researching this and have viewed videos on YT that were recorded with it and with my Dolbly 5.1 sound card/speakers on my PC it sounds increadible!
I need this and a MAC desktop with FinalCutX and my Youtube channel will take a turn for the better!

I would get a camera that can record true 5.1 sound. I have an older Sony "pocket" camcorder, HDR-TG1 and I was amazed at how it recorded 5.1 sound. Soundstage separations were accurate and you will instantly notice the souround sound if you have a 5.1+ system. Using headphones, you only hear the left right separation, but if you have a 5.1+ system you will get a much wider soundstage.
