I went to a gun shop last week that had an awesome array of Knives. I left with a CQC 10 and this Chris Reeve's Pacific.

Looks good. I've started to pick up more knifes recently. Looks nice. Hoes the balance? Would you call it a surveil knife?

I'm sorry for the late reply, I forgot I posted this.

M700M1 is right on I payed $275 for mine.

It feels great in my hands.

I'm not sure if you would call it a surveil knife I guess it is more of a combat knife. I'm not that in any type of combat I just really liked the knife.

Those are nice knives. Looks a little bit like a SF Yarborough knife. Those sell for 320.00 locally w/o the serial number. My wife doesn't want me to buy one since our son had to work so hard to get his. Had to settle for a K-Bar Bull Dozier. Not near the knife, but it's big.

Sharp looking knife. HUH HUH JOKES I like matte finishes, especially all the new ones that resist everything.

I haven't used knife steels more than tool steels to notice how much better it is. However, I have noticed that they are a head above the common stainlesses.

Anybody have an S30V blade that they like a lot better than say, D2?
