You forgot the through view.....

Not much of a salesmen there are ya. You should have posted the picture and opined about the benefits of the "new" dot that helps you get on target 60 percent faster via the improved optical clarity and light gathering abilities.

In my experience of selling high end optics for over 10yrs, I have learned that taking pics of reticles often times doesn't do them justice and gives the consumer a false read on the true sight picture.

As far as how good a salesman I am, well I will let my business record speak for itself.

The other benefit of the through view is that you can see how much of a block surrounds the view aperture.

I would be interested in seeing that as it looks pretty intrusive and much bulkier than an EOTech.

It is actually pretty close in size to an EOTech XPS. FOV is also pretty close IMHO.

I see the horizontal adjustment.
Where is the vertical adjustment?
Shoot softly, and carry a big clip.

I'm not sure if I'd like going from a T-1 to this, but I might just have to pick one up anyway to try.

Indeed. I don't run a T1, but my buddy has a few.

In what ways is this optic better than the 1x42 Trijicon Reflex? There's not a lot said about it in the initial post. Especially if the reticle is "just a dot"... I highly doubt this will help me accomplish something my Aimpoint can't.

The Reflex has many issues (especially with low light situations) so the SRS is a major step up.

Aimpoint is a great optic and so if you have one, I don't see a reason to make the switch. If you don't own an Aimpoint then I would take a close look at the SRS.

I have an Aimpoint CompM2 with a few years and a few thousand miles on it. I had a Trijicon Reflex (1x24)...I didn't have a low light problem with it as long as my eyes were accustomed to the conditions, but I would have a problem with the sun at my back washing the reticle out. I sold it and added the proceeds to my next optic fund...this time with a little magnification.
