I have had a longstanding offer to my coworkers that I will teach anyone who wants to safely handle and use a firearm. I have taken dozens of new shooters over the years but only recently started bringing a video camera to document their enjoyment. Not everyone has then gone on to purchase their own firearm, but they have all left with a smile on their faces and an appreciation of the shooting sports.

Cool that you're making converts. Cool video too... sort of reminds me of those early 1900's mime loops, only modernized. You should put some old style saloon piano music to it for added effect!

Most of them have no idea what they are handling with the exception of the silencers. Not many people know the SBR/SBS and other NFA regs. Nor do they have any concept of what an AR-15 costs versus a Sako or an ACR. The few who ask are usually slack-jawed when they get the answer.
