Tell your camera guy to take the camera off auto focus and stand back a little more so everything is in focus.

Yep..Looks like it would be a good video, but the focus thing makes it absolutely unbearable and completely amateur looking. I'd say get a tripod and turn off the autofocus..You don't need the cameraman at all, his shaking and tracking look sloppy as icing on the terrible autofocus botch. I turned it off as soon as you switched to talking about the bolt. Zoom out a bit so everything doesn't seem to move around so much/so fast.
