• Adding someone to a NFA Trust???

I'm working on adding some family members to my NFA trust. Does anyone know the wording associated with adding individuals? I'm assuming that they would be listed under Part 3 Trustee? Anyone know?

I'm going to go with "no", since no one here (I would think) wrote your trust, so no one would know what it calls for in being amended.

Actually, the wording should be pretty standard. The only thing specific to my trust would be the names. I'm just looking for wording for listing other members of the trust.

amend your trust. contact your lawyer. if you used quicken there is a section for amendments.

Maybe, maybe not. States vary in what they require of a valid trust.
