PTP Tactical Ranger 11B 45 version

Post by Fireman1291 »

Here is the finally video for PTP Tactical in this lineup. I've reviewed their Scout19, Scout19DM, Ranger 11B 9mm and now the Ranger11B 45acp. In 45 it sounded best on the 1911 but that was expected as the 1911 platform suppresses the best.(Fun Fact) It will actually meter up to 2dB quieter with any can thats on it.

This is a monocore type suppressor that will have 300blk subs and down, it's user serviceable and comes in at a cheap price point.

In this video I go over the 11B in an in depth tabletop breakdown giving you all the details and views of it you need to make a purchasing decision and then we hit the range and I test the G17 by Innovative GunFighter Solutions, Sig Sauer MK25, Sig Sauer P220 Combat and then the aforementioned Remington R1 Enhanced Threaded (Barrel was Black Nitride coated by H&M and the grips are from Esmerelda) so that should give you an idea of it's tone on multiple hosts. Also remember that when we change the camera angle when shooting "wet" we keep the microphone in the same location it was in during the rest of the shots. The angle change is done to make the video flow better and give the audience a look at the steam leaving the can. So sit back relax and enjoy the video!

The second and subsequent shots after the FRP sounded really good. I'll give them that. The 118dB claim is bold. I have not tested it against a meter.
