How dare you! The only two people qualified to measure the sound of a firearm silencer is Alan Paulson and John Titsworth.

Unless you are buying everyone here a subscription to JT's website, you better STFU/GTFO/BYOB/BBQ/WTF!

Good grief man! Just join some self-flagellating extreme Pentecostal sect and crucify yourself with dirty spikes instead.

The work that goes into those (excellent) reviews done with what is essentially a 1 man team is worth far more than $30/yr.

Perhaps, but hopefully Arevalo won't start acting like a douche towards everyone like Titsworth has.

Arevalo, you have to promise to wear one of these in your vids or I won't take your data seriously:

I have more formal purple hat, ironically like the Indiana Jones hat, but purple. From one playa to another I do hope it's enough to keep my pimp hand strong.

Mac man, Gladly I'll PM you once I'm ready to rock and roll, thanks for helping out, the NFA community will benefit from your kindness.

I have contacted guys in the Indiana crew, many platforms and cans to test out. I want it to be free so we can all benefit, especially since others are willing to donate thier time, silencers, weapons, etc.....in the end we all will benefit from it.IMHO.

If any manf would like to help, I'd appreciate it, little things like letting me borrow different psitons for the availble cans, maybe donate some ammo, anything, I simply want it to be a group effort to help keep costs down. In the end we all benefit, the data can be shared on all boards.

If any manf is interested in helping, let me know.

I'll help.

But I'm going to be honest - I'm not turning by back on JT's work either.

Any and all info that can build our community is a good thing. If someone is willing to do the work and charge those willing to pay for it that's cool. Conversely, if someone is willing to work at providing free info that is cool too.

Once I have a better understanding of what you need I'll assist where I can.

If I can pull off my move to Indiana next fall I will support the effort even more....

I'm impressed. Good luck man, and good on you.

Partner I'm going to have to agree on this one, the work John does is appreciated by many me included. But if Bill want to take the bull by the horns and run with it more power to him, don't know what I can do to help since I'm so far away but just egg him on. But if I can help just let me know. Hope I havn't pissed anyone off by some of my earlier comments, but just being honest. Good luck Bill,

Thanks for all the offers of help.

Something simple would be to post the pistons/thread for the cans you have, if it something removable & you'd be willing to ship. It would help greatly in getting the most out of the platforms.

I have a Class 3 dealer that is interested in testing cans, he owns 60 acres in Indiana, we spoke breifly about it tonight and he was a go. He owns quite a few cans and is willing to help, he's going to KCR and I'm leaving for Disney so I'll get more detail upon his return and mine. We basically agreed tentativly it would be best to do it in Spring. Once we set a date I'll PM anyone who is serious.

Again thanks to anyone willing to help.

This why I like Arizona the bad months have come and gone and I now have 8 months of enjoying the outdoors without snow/ice unless I drive up onto the rim to find it. :D

You may already have them, but I have a 3 lug and a piston module in HK threads for the Trident. Let me know if you need them.

I have an old wood dining table that I would gladly donate to shoot behind. Its pretty thick maple so it should protect you from disintegrating silencers and stuff

You'll be responsible for boring the hole in it, though....

Remember... dog yelps will register on the meter!

I can bring a 762SD and several 18-tooth hosts in 5.56 and 7.62. At the least, I'd like to stop by and hear some other cans in-person.

Arevalo,

The only cans I've got are a Trident and a Spectre, Pretty sure you've probably already got those at your disposal but if not, let me know.

For hosts I have a G19, 10/22, 4" Mark II, P22, CZ452.

Let me know if I can be of any help.

And for what it's worth. I paid for Titsworth's site and I like it, but I support your idea as well and would like to see the results.
