Any update on 9mm thru the .45 osprey can????

VERY interested to know this. I am in on a group buy and on the fence to go 9mm or .45 with a spare piston for 9mm.

I have .45 & 9mm Glocks for platforms with the 9mm my main caliber. If the 9 thru .45 is decent it might be the better way to go.

Do you think if it was any louder (like say, an Osprey45 with the 9mm adapter) if it would be pleasant?

Does it feel like a few more ounces would hurt (like say, the wieght of the 45 with a 9mm adapter).

Etc, etc?
Has anyone metered 9mm thru a .45 Osprey?

I'm getting a .45 to start. That way I can shoot both until I decide to get a dedicated 9mm can. My .45 can is at the dealer.

Really enjoyed the videos. Waiting on my Sparrow now. How easy is the osprey to clean? Does it disassemble easily and can you remove the baffle stack from the shell (as you can wth the Saprrow even though it's obviously a completely different design)?

Thanks

Wow I love the BB gun comparison great vid that really gives you a good idea of sound as far as a video goes.

av8or17 the osprey cannot be disassembled only the the piston can be taken apart.

Thamks. How difficult is it to clean the baffles and how is it done?

You dont clean the baffles...they will be fine as long as you dont shoot lead bullets. If your using fully encapsulated bullets it will be fine. Even lead exposed bases wil be fine. Mike @ silencerco stated if you shoot the end off or fill her up with crud...send it in for a new front end. 8)

Like Fireman said you dont clean it just fill her up and Josh at silencerco will take care of you. Thats the great thing about the Opsrey the part where the baffles go are not the registered part so you can send it in and get the whole front end replaced without another tax stamp.
