I will check. If you want to give me a call sometime in the next day or so, I could give you a quick answer.

If you are the fellow who also sent the 77/22 barrel, it shipped early week. I have several of those in the shop exactly alike so without the items in front of me, I am unable to advise whose is done, shipped or, on deck. Either way, I look to have most of the 3 week old stuff done soon.
Thanks

Sir, as you needed the mount holes drilled as well as the barrel work, I need to get by a buddy's shop and measure the placement of the holes so it turns out as a current production Ruger. I will finish it next week.chingon wrote:Hoop have you sent my 22/45 barrel to me yet? I mailed it to you on 11/16/2009.Hoop wrote:Two weeks or less on barrel work.
Barrel thread is done.

And what country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not
warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of
resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as
to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost
in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from
time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Sent email about three guns I'm thinking about having threaded. Depending on the "bulk" discount I have two or three more I might get threaded.
Here is a question that I asked in the Email that I don't see answered here or on your website, unless I went right over it. Do you need to remove the barrel from the action to thread or are you similar to Tornado Tech in that you don't need to do this?

I can thread a rifle barrel without removing it from the action. I can also break down an AR15 and use the proper armorers tools to prevent damage.Crosshair wrote:Sent email about three guns I'm thinking about having threaded. On the AK you asked about, the barrel has to come out for proper threading.

See link to a playlist on a recent customers work. I was on Tits site and someone asked for some vids of the way I thread barrels. Kinda amateur video but you get the idea.
