FWIW, I have the same barrel and stock. Mine shoots a dime sized hole at 50 yards. I definitely put more into it than $375, too. Looks like a good deal to me.

What is "weathercoat'... like a duracoat?
I was thinking about building a 10/22 with hogue stock and Stainless Green Mountain barrel.

the receiver is the new finish of all weather protection ruger offers, not like the old ones that were plan and simple 'blued'
its a 16" barrel. the e.r. shaw in my opinion the same if not better then the green mountain barrels. both very good companies.
