Looking for certain suppressor

I have a bushmaster m4 with a birdcage a2 flashhider but know nothing about how to mount it or what I need, can somebody help me out with what I need to do to mount a suppressor to my bushmaster m4 ar15 is it possible to just mount it over my flashhider or is there more to it

Most 5.56 silencers use a special mount proprietary to each manufacturer.
You would remove the A2, then screw on the manufacturers mounting system.

If you cannot remove the A2 (like you live in a state that requires you or permanently mount the hider) there are a few silencers that mount to the A2 (Griffin Armament M4SD II for example)

I would, however, recommend that you look into getting a 7.62 (308) silencer. They will work on the 5.56 and you can use them on more rifles.
