You should get a letter to correct, send them the correction, if that's what they need shroud move to pending.

Any ideas on how long from the correction to approved on average?

I have no knowledge of the kriss but I sbr'd my old 10/22, and stamped into the receiver it says "10/22 CARBINE".
So that is what I put as the model. Get this. It was approved with conditions writen in the box, " 10/22" .
Hows that for confusion? It was approved though so I really don't care.

They are usually at or near the end of the process when this type of problem is found and it should be turned around pretty quickly.

Make sure you waste no time sending the forms back in with the corrections. I had a friend that delayed that, and now he has to start the process all over because he toook a few weeks to send the forms back.

When I first started in this NFA stuff, I had a form 1 get returned requiring a correction, and I called and spoke directly with the examiner. She was super helpful, and it only added a few weeks onto the approval time.
