Zip code wrong on form 4??

I was just looking over my form 4 that got sent out 3 weeks ago, and I just noticed the dealer put his zip code on both his address AND mine (Box 2a and 3a).

Everything else is good, I can't believe I missed it.

Will this get returned?

Can I fix it ahead of time with an "amendment" or something?

I've got.one with the wrong county. I'll correct it.on the form 5.
