My last post isn't showing up no matter how I F5, refresh, reopen from Index page, click the Last Post which shows that I posted.

But somehow when I try to repost, it shows up as "another member has posted. Maybe you want to consider this post b/f you post?"

The way I see it, if pro-gun folks really fear Hillary enough, they'd organize to vote Johnson en masse, because libertarians won't be budging on this one.

From what I've seen, nobody is moving with much urgency.

Johnson doesn't know anything that is going on. They asked him a question about Aleppo and he was totally lost.

Anybody tells me they are considering Hilary, I just say "She committed treason." If someone knows that, and they still vote for her, they are an enemy of the US and of mine, period.

Perhaps I am inflexible, but I have a hard time seeing it otherwise.

I've never considered myself rep. and always voted dem. These last 8 years have done nothing but piss me off and the thought of Hitlery has me dreaming off leaving this county I've always loved. No matter who gets in I'm getting taxed they don't need to take my gun rites away also that's just a kick in the nuts. Personally I like Trump's don't take s--t attitude he's old school and don't care what people think.

I work for the railroad. I got recalled from furlough in October. Last night I did my first trip, a hostler job. There was about 6 or 7 of us sitting in the break room between jobs when some Hillary schill started trying to make some backwards crazy apology/explanation for her criminality, with the subtext that we should just ignore it and vote for her. I said: "She committed treason. If you love America, you cannot vote for her."

He was pissed, but every head in the place was nodding yes to my statement. This is an infestation of commie union fucks, so I consider that a good sign.

Here's my view:

1. I don't see how anyone can vote for Hillary - way too much corruption. Supporting and essentially promoting that is a full tilt towards a complete Idiocracy.

2. IF the second amendment and gun rights is very important to you then your only choice is Trump. Trump will likely be neutered by the establishment in Congress. I don't think he will achieve much of what he wants to do unless he manages to get significant support in future elections.

3. Otherwise, vote third-party, it doesn't matter which one. Breaking the RNC/DNC establishment strong hold on our country would be the biggest chance for sanity and the long term health of the country. A significant show of support for third party candidates in this election will help get future candidates better consideration in the media and from the "general population" (imo that is the correct term these days  )

I know i'm a low-post-count guy here, but i like the passionate debate, so i'd like to toss in my 0.02...

I try to look at a few basic things when making a POTUS vote decision:
1) SCOTUS nominations - HRC could literally ruin the court for any conservative constitutional rulings for a generation or more. Trump has laid out a hard line for what kind of judges he wants. If he were to suddenly nominate a liberal judge, the Senate Repubs would slaughter the chances of confirmation.
2) upcoming legislation - since this is primarily a firearms board, let's limit this section to those parameters. The HEARING PROTECTION ACT, if pushed through committee, and IF passed by congress, would likely be vetoed by HRC, and not enough votes to override would leave it dead in the water. I think Trump would let it sit or sign it. An AWB could likely be implememted through EO by Hillary. I don't see that from Trump. And possibly the most important one being discussed, legislation allowing civil liability suits against firearm mfgs from victims. This is something Hillary is not only in favor of, but has been pushing. This alone could redefine the availability of new products and costs, as mfgs must find new ways to protect themselves or fold under the pressures of financial woes.
3) which one is likely to change the system? Clear choice here, as the only change HRC has called for is to make centralized govt more intrusive and all-encompassing.

Several posters have mentioned that Trump will likely be rendered impotent by a large number of Dems along with anti-Trump repubs that will block many of his actions.

I use an analogy similar to the peanut allergy, but with a slight variation to appease those Johnson/Stein/McMullin voters. You receive an invitation to a wedding and are asked to RSVP with your choice of chicken or fish at dinner. You are allergic to fish, but you really don't feel like eating chicken. If you write in STEAK on the invite, you aren't gonna get steak, you are just getting whatever they give you...better hope it's chicken.

So, sadly, my decision is clear. My reason for joining, though the OP didn't ask for input from supporters, is that i'm NOT a Trump supporter. I think he's a doofus. But i wanted to show how i got to that conclusion in order to justify picking the shinier turd from the punchbowl.
It's always the quiet guy in the room...with a suppressor.

I don't like it but Hil is going to win. Something on the order of 51% of Americans are on some for of public payroll, Medicaid, Medicare, and most of those vote their pocketbook.

Also in my state of NC, there has been back and forth on requiring some form of ID to vote. Last I heard, no ID is necessary. Even if it was required an illegal immigrants can get a drivers license in NC. The rational was to require them to get liability insurance but the insurance goes with the car not the driver. Just today there was a quantity of voters that was removed from the voter rolls because they did not have an address, or their address didn't match up or had multiple addresses. A judge made them put them back eligible to vote. The black panther party intimidates voters outside precincts, or at least they did during the last election without recourse. There was a batch of overseas military absentee ballots lost during our last presidential election.

I'm sure there are other reasons I cannot think of.

Your only hope is not enough of them have an ID or they are too lazy to vote.

I believe most of the people who show up to the polls for democrats aren't actually on welfare.

I believe most of them are so delusional with altruism they actually believe forcing people to pay for health care will make them healthier and violence can be ended by getting rid of all the guns and if you give everyone a free education it will make them smarter.
